Club Bow Wow accepts small to medium size dogs that meet our enrollment requirements. Prior to overnight boarding or vacation stays, we request that you schedule an Orientation so that we may evaluate your pet's temperament to ensure that he/she will have a positive experience at Club Bow Wow. The Orientation determines if your pet is a good fit for our facility and helps to reduce separation anxiety when he/she returns.
Club Bow Wow is cage-free all day and all night. We are staffed 24x7 by Trained Care-Givers who:
- Provide Oversight to ensure Safety,
- Identify and Treat Health Concerns as necessary
- Spoil even the neediest dogs with Love and TLC
Although we are cage-free, we have different areas to separate dogs into smaller groups if necessary. Dogs may be separated depending on their size, energy level, and temperament.
Each pet is assigned a locker to store their personal belongings. We have a microwave and refrigerator to accomodate special feeding requests. Pets are separated and fed individually twice per day. If you have more than one dog, please let us know if they may be fed together. Please provide any "helpers" you use to administer medication; such as treats, pill pockets, cottage cheese, etc. Please provide written instructions for feeding/medication requirements and review these instructions with a staff member when you check-in your pet.
